Very pretty!
I love this dress. When I was growing up, my mum made all my clothes, (well, except undies!) and I remember having one similar to this, except that I had cute little frills on the sleeves and the print had more red in it. My one regret is that I didn’t learn to sew from her when I was a little whipper-snapper. Of course, I can always learn on my own. Time is tricky to find. I need help with basic things like how to do collars and zippers, and how to make a pattern actually fit me. When she’s old enough, I wonder if you and Evie will bond over fabrics and patterns.
Ha, I wonder too! She’ll probably run for hills when I mention it….need to select my moment I think. Lucky having all home made clothes.
